Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within the United States. By purchasing from FasterFlate, you agree to the terms and procedures outlined below.


Delivery Time : Handling time + Transit time
Handling time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
All the products will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a handling time on them.

We use UPS & USPS shipping. You will be able to see the shipping cost once you proceed to checkout.


Carriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are typically active within 24 hours.

Change of Shipping Address

  • Before Shipment: Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a change. After this window, we’ll still try to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

  • After Shipment: We cannot change the address after the order has shipped. You may need to work with the carrier to redirect the package.
