Every FasterFlate kit is cut, crimped, and assembled by hand. As a one-man operation, I personally inspect and pressure-test every single system to 160 PSI before it is boxed and shipped.
The most critical part of an air system is the junction where the hose meets the fitting. I use Dual Wall Marine Heat Shrink with an internal adhesive lining to reinforce every ferrule and barb. This creates a lightweight, waterproof, and permanent bond that protects the hose body at its primary wear points, ensuring a long-lasting seal that won’t kink or leak.
Our hoses are made from a high-quality, lightweight hybrid rubber and PVC blend. This material provides excellent cold-weather flexibility while remaining much lighter and easier to manage than traditional heavy rubber hoses.
To ensure the best balance of durability and performance, our materials are globally sourced. However, every single component is brought to my shop in Florida, where I personally handle the assembly, quality control, and testing for every kit.
The manifold is the central hub of your system. It features a digital pressure gauge and a Slide Valve for easy operation. The slide valve allows you to quickly start or stop airflow to all connected tires simultaneously with a simple push/pull motion.
A manifold is included with all Traditional Multi-Tire Systems. Please note that our Lite Series systems do not include a manifold; they utilize a streamlined, one-piece construction connected by tee fittings to maximize weight savings.
A digital gauge is included with all Traditional Multi-Tire Systems. The Lite Series does not include a gauge, as it is designed for maximum simplicity and portability.
Can the hoses be disconnected from the manifold?
- Traditional Systems: Feature a modular manifold design, allowing you to disconnect the hoses for easier breakdown and storage.
- Lite Series: Built for maximum simplicity. These utilize a permanent one-piece construction so the system is always connected and ready to go.
This is a natural part of the equalization process. After reaching your desired PSI, leave the system connected for about 60 seconds to allow the air pressure to balance across all lines.
Additionally, keep in mind that your vehicle's weight distribution can affect the readings on your internal TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). If one side of the vehicle is significantly heavier (due to gear or fuel), the tires on that side may show a slightly different PSI on your dashboard even when the actual volume of air is equalized.
Most compressors connect using the lead hose provided with the unit. If you need help finding the specific attachment for your setup, contact me at info@fasterflate.com.
Absolutely. Since I build these by hand, I can customize your kit to fit your specific vehicle or trailer needs. Reach out to info@fasterflate.com for a quote.
