Returns & Cancellations
Standard, non-custom kits can be returned up to 30 days from when the order was received and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, under the following terms:
- Item is returned in the original packaging
- The item is returned in the same unused, original condition that you received it
- Shipping fees are non refundable, and customer is responsible for the return shipping fees
Custom kits are unique and cannot be returned or exchanged. “Custom” indicates that the kit was fabricated based on measurements and/or details provided at time of order.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a return.
Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
